White Chocolate Bread Pudding
You don’t need to be a lover of white chocolate to appreciate white chocolate bread pudding. Just forget the fact that white chocolate barely is chocolate (It contains cocoa butter but no cocoa solids and doesn’t look like chocolate at all) and consider that when it is stirred into a simmering pot of eggs, cream, and sugar, it creates a sweet, velvet-smooth emulsion. Soak bread with that potion, then bake the white chocolate-infused bread and finally top it with caramel rum sauce and you have an insanely luxurious dessert.
