Steak Carpaccio

Steak carpaccio is an appetizer of tender, thinly sliced raw beef generally adorned with the likes of onions, capers, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and lime or lemon juice. Carpaccio also can be made using fish or such other meats as veal or venison.
