Pulled Pork Hand Ripped Noodles

Pulled pork hand ripped noodles, which we found at a Seattle noodle parlor, are a mix of thick rice noodles with tender shreds of pork. It’s a great combo, all the better when enhanced with such optional sauces as spicy pepper or sesame paste.
