Prime Rib

Prime rib is not necessarily prime-grade beef. Its name refers to the fact that it is made from the beef rib primal cut. But even if only choice, prime rib tends to be well marbled and extraordinarily tender – the most deluxe of beef cuts, often presented as a restaurant’s Saturday-night special. It is sliced thick, served bone-in or boneless, wallowing in natural juices.
