Naan

Naan is a flatbread that Americans mostly see in Indian restaurants. It looks like a pita, but doesn’t form a pocket. Typically, it is used to sop up sauce and gravy. Naan is served plain or brushed with garlic butter, onion butter, or chili oils; or it can be stuffed with cheese or raisins and nuts.
