Lasagna

Lasagne are broad, flat, ripple-edged pasta ribbons. The dish made from them is the singular form of the word: Lasagna. It’s an old-school Italian favorite (made best by Nonna) that is a layered affair with tiers of pasta alternating with cheese and meat sauce or marinara.
