Focaccia

Focaccia is like pizza without all the stuff on top. It’s a baked flatbread ranging from 1/4-inch to over an inch tall, and it likely will have at least salt and rosemary or other herbs on top, and maybe even garlic. As soon as you add even a bit of hard grated cheese, it is veering towards pizza.
