Finger Steaks

Finger steaks, aka steak fingers, are strips of sirloin steak about the size of a steak fry that get batter-dipped and deep fried until crisp. The batter can be tempura-gauzy or beer-batter hefty. Finger steaks are found almost exclusively in the Northwest, most commonly in Idaho.
