Cinnamon Roll French Toast

French toast made from slices of cinnamon roll rather than slices of bread is egg-rich, custard-soft, and unconscionably sweet. As served at Blueberry’s Grill in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, it is covered with a mound of blueberries, strawberries, bite-size bits of fig, whipped cream, and powdered sugar. Syrup comes in a pitcher alongside, but for a dish this sugary, it is extraneous.
