Chile Tacos

In regular meat tacos, whatever meat that is included is what it is. In a chili taco, the meat is part of a whole. In fact, a chili taco may not contain any meat at all if beans are the star of a meatless chili. Chili tacos may contain tacos’ traditional garnishes of lettuce and tomato, and/or be garnished with what one might put atop a bowl of chili, such as sour cream or yogurt or chopped raw onions.
