Cheese Bread

Cheese bread can mean a regular loaf veined with cheese or crowned with it. Or it can be a unique style of gluten-free and yeast-free bun or and roll made with tapioca flour and fermented leavener derived from yucca root. Originally a South American dish but now increasingly popular due to gluten allergies, this bread is light but delightfully chewy, the sharp flavor of cheese a dramatic substitute for the tang of yeast.
