BBQ Nachos

When nachos first were served in a Northern Mexico restaurant, they were nothing more than tortilla chips covered with melted cheese. As they became known in Texas and beyond, the chip & cheese combination grew into a template for countless interpretations; and today, nachos are as flexible as pizza. BBQ nachos vary from a fairly simple presentation that adds BBQ sauce to the formula to full-blown meals where the nachos are topped with mountains of sauced pulled pork.
