No really good steak is cheap, but steak houses range from snobby-swank to silly-casual (Big Texan). Four-star sirloins are always accompanied by magnificent potatoes (cottage fries, hash browns), and preceded by a good salad as well as big, strong cocktails. Although there are worthy steak houses from coast to coast, the most best ones are in New York, Chicago, and Kansas City.
