A bare-table cafe near the Beaufort waterfront, Blackstone's is a good destination for corned beef hash. It is chunky, brine-bright, and deeply satisfying. On the side come grits, eggs, and slices of toast or an English muffin. Ignore that breadstuff and chose a sticky bun instead. It is a soft, sweet mesa of dough that is plenty sticky and coated with chopped pecans.
