"The Sweet MB is another Fat Head's headwich that seems like it must have been created by a mad scientist. It consists of Polish sausage, cut in half and grilled flat, salami, sauerkraut, provolone cheese, tomato and spicy brown mustard. Definitely not for the faint of heart!"
