Wentworth's Ice Cream

3697 Whitney Ave., Hamden, CT - (203) 281-7429

It only recently dawned on us that Connecticut has far more than its fair share of excellent ice cream parlors. In our opinion, only Maine has more better ice cream per capita.

The building that houses Wentworth's is about a century old. According to rumors we've heard, the second story used to be a bawdy house. Now, this place is innocence itself.
