Not visible here is the inside of this beauteous bacon cheeseburger: bright pink, velvet-soft, and dripping savory beef juices. A great, great burger. You get your choice of cheeses on top, but I had no choice: Vermont cheddar was essential.

The last time I visited, a barbecue bacon cheeseburger was listed on the special board. It is a stupendous combo of first-rate ingredients. The burger itself is huge-flavored and juicy to the max.
