Poppy's, the tiny farm-to-table burger specialist in the Hudson Valley, closed in early February for a major renovation and expansion. Their Facebook page has just announced a mid-May reopening. Some of the changes in store include more seating, an expanded menu, a pastry chef, and a bar with New York wines and local beers on tap. We'll archive the Roadfood.com review of Poppy's tomorrow until one of the Roadfood.com editors, or an intrepid Roadfood reader, gets a chance to revisit and re-review the expanded Poppy's.

It look delicious. This weekend I am planning to take my family for a lovely dinner. Hope we will be delighted as my family members are great fan of burgers............. cheers
