Nashville, TN's Loveless Cafe has been invited to prepare a meal for about 80 people at the James Beard House this Valentine's Day, and they are pulling out all the stops (see the Roadfood.com review of Loveless). Said Executive Chef Bart Pickens: "For a chef to cook at the James Beard House is like an athlete being invited to the Olympics. It’s an honor that you don’t take lightly, as you could work your whole life and never have that opportunity." Tickets have long been sold out. Take a look at the incredible menu here!
