We know it's National Mousse Day because we checked our Roadfood Calendar this morning, as we do every morning, to see what food holiday we'll be celebrating today. And, yes, we're more chocolate pudding folks than mousse aristocrats but, let's face it, chocolate mousse is really fancy-pants chocolate pudding anyway. And it's very easy to make. So this evening we'll be puttin' on our top hat, tyin' on our white tie, brushing off our tails, and spooning into a feather-light chocolate mousse.
