Anchor Wings
Not to be outdone by Duff's of Buffalo (see the Roadfood.com review), who will be selling their wings in Texas, Buffalo's inventor of the Buffalo wing, the Anchor Bar (see the Roadfood.com review), is franchising in Canada. The first franchise is expected to open in Hamilton in December or January, with other stores to follow in other cities, opening at a rate of about one every two years.
