Roadfood friend and boudin guru Robert Carriker has written a book that promises to be utterly delicious: Boudin: A Guide to Louisiana's Extraordinary Link. It is now available for pre-orders at this link, which says it will be shipped in time for Christmas. My mouth is watering! (By the way, that's not Robert pictured above; it is T-Boy Berzas of T-Boy's Slaughterhouse, one of our favorite boudin sources.)
