We made a quick stop this morning for a rare breakfast visit to Harold's Deli in Edison, NJ (see the Roadfood.com review), on the way up to Connecticut for the Roadfood tour. Their corned beef hash is, of course, made with Harold's corned beef, so naturally this is great hash. We lost our heads, though, and forgot about the portions, as we each ordered our own breakfast. Big mistake. Sue's hash was a side order, not the full bore hash. It was enough for three hearty eaters. Bruce selected Nova, Eggs, and Onions, which wasn't bad but really suffers in comparison to Barney Greengrass' perfect example of the dish (see the Roadfood.com review of Barney Greengrass). The nova was fresh but the eggs wept as a puddle of liquid collected on the plate.
