Loveless BaconRichard Nalley, writing for Forbes, goes nuts over Loveless Cafe's peppered bacon, describing it as "mega-meaty, campfire-inflected, cracked-black-pepper sinus-liberating breakfast enhancement." We're still working through a four-pound gift assortment that includes all four of their bacon flavors, including jalapeno, Cajun, and the straight stuff. Just a few days ago we had the most awesome BLTs made with Loveless bacon and warm, ripe farmers market tomatoes. This bacon is dry cured and the concentrated flavors are truly mouth-filling. See the Roadfood.com review of Loveless Cafe here.
