
Who hasn't been faced with this problem at some time or other in her or his life: you are all set to open a new restaurant when you discover that the current tenant of the space you plan to move into will not vacate the premises, despite the fact that their lease has expired and you have a signed current lease with the landlord? OK, perhaps that's not so common a situation, but it's exactly what Shake Shack (see the Roadfood.com review) is facing as they try to open in New York City's Grand Central Terminal.
