Colony Grill, the Stamford, CT bar famous for its hot oil pizza, will be opening its fourth outpost in the town of Milford, at 36-38 Broad Street, in the former Harrison's Hardware store. Time frame for the opening is currently four months to a year from now. The other two Colony Grills are in Fairfield and Avon. In the Roadfood.com review of Colony, Michael Stern noted that "Colony connoisseurs frequently get what is known here as a Hot Oil pizza. Hot oil -- 'hot' meaning spicy -- is drizzled over everything and seems to bake right into the crust, giving every crunchy bite a zest that is not merely fiery, but brilliantly pepper-flavored."
