New to FOODFEST this year, Jacques-imo's Cafe is serving an amazing shrimp and alligator sausage cheesecake on a parmesan cheese crust topped with Creole sauce. It is shockingly delicious alongside Jacque-imo's slow-roasted duck po boy with jalapeno gravy and green apple cole slaw.
